Week 3 Advice: Replace Empty Booths with Craft Beer
Last week, we recommended getting rid of some seating which is rarely used.
This week, we recommend replacing that space with metal or wood shelving for craft beer – most craft beer buyers have no problem buying their take-out beer warm, and it saves you a TON on refrigeration and electrical costs. This method generally will not work for the cheaper domestic and international brands – so keep the Bud/Miller/Coors products in your cooler… so they can all compete for the title of Coldest Beer In The World.
